The LCF committee delegates day-to-day management to sub-committees in each action area: elite men, outdoor cricket, indoor cricket, juniors, women, facilities, officials, governance, communication, discipline/compliants

The LCF committee sets strategy, and retains ultimate responsibility for all decisions taken by sub-committees.

Each sub-committee has full control over budget allocated to it by the LCF committee

People from outside the LCF committee can join sub-committees, at the invitation of the LCF committee.

The LCF committee and its sub-committees aim to take decisions by consensus, however a majority of voting members is sufficient.

If any member of a sub-committee wishes to challenge a decision by a sub-committee, they can ask the LCF committee chair to review the matter.

If you (player, official, club or supporter) have a question or comment about LCF policy, please contact the relevant sub-committee chair and members. If this communication is not satisfactory, please contact the chair or vice chair of the LCF committee.
